Safe, quaint, and pet friendly amenities.
Once a great affordable place with all utilities included now they just greedy. First they increase lot fees, then they drop it back down just to implement electricity cost. The increase cost of electricity cost you will pay less on a 2000sq foot home. Some of the tenants are not even being charged electric because they haven’t install boxes as of yet. This isn’t fair to those who are being charged. Don’t waste your time at this place you will spend the equivalent of renting a house. Enter at your own risk.
Do not buy or live in this place, the people who manage this community only want your money, after you buy with them, if you need something they will not help you, I have family They had to leave because the family that runs this place wants to take away your home at the slightest problem.
