I admire the wilderness, up keep, and friendly atmosphere of this complex.
Beautiful complex and great people!
This association just hired a new property manager and she’s addressing things that come with an older building. She’s fixing pipes, addressing issues quickly and making sure people have access to their parking (enforcing parking numbers). There have been moments of inconvenience because of repairs, but worth it as she’s giving this cozy and quiet community a facelift.
The water reliability is zip. You never know when you will have hot water or any water at all. Been here 12 years and have had 4 major pipe leaks where ceilings had to be be repaired. There are cracks in the walls in all rooms due to foundation issues. Parking isnt inforced. Landscape isnt adequately maintained in back..just muddy dirt. Paying for pool, gym, tennis court, and club house but all closed.
