Unethical billing practice, disorganization/incompetence, disregard for safety practices, poor patient treatment. In-network provider for (*****************). My daughter's orthodontist did not do in-office extractions for wisdom teeth as my daughter had recently gotten her braces removed. . I got a referral from them to go to this office on 6/20/24 for the attending Oral Surgeon, ***** ***********. Even though we were in-network, they would not go through with treatment unless we agreed to a payment plan : $910.60 in total.... read more
I was scheduled to attend the sister practice in ********** on Center drive to see Endodontist. My appointment time was 2:30pm and ended up spending two hour waiting, and not get a consultation or treatment, I had to leave for other commitments.Also the cost for the treat quoted for the treatment doubled when I got to the practice. I never experienced this kind of poor customer service by a so called professional organization. Needless to say I will have find another service provider for my dental care
6/14/2021If I could rate this lower than a 1 for customer service, I would give it a big ZERO! My family and I have been going here for quite some time. I had my twins braces serviced by them and they were ok. Recently I was scammed and treated with ********** after all the time I had spent with this office.My 15 year old needed to have her Wisdom teeth extracted.
