6/14/2021If I could rate this lower than a 1 for customer service, I would give it a big ZERO! My family and I have been going here for quite some time. I had my twins braces serviced by them and they were ok. Recently I was scammed and treated with ********** after all the time I had spent with this office.My 15 year old needed to have her Wisdom teeth extracted. She previously had some cavity work done so I had a conversation with the Financial manager that her benefits were less for the Wisdom teeth and would cost me around $1100 out of pocket. I arranged the payment on my zero interest credit card and made a budget for $200 a month to pay it off in roughly 6 months. At time of service the receptionist ******** told me the amount was $1100 and it would probably be less due to a tooth that was already exposed. She stated she would email me a receipt with the final adjustment. I BLINDLY signed and electronic signature, *** **T RECEIVE A RECEIPT or VIEW the computer monitor for the amount I was signing. As previously stated, I believed the ************ and trusted them for all the service I had received in the past!A few weeks later I received the statement for the credit card and they OVERCHARGED me $600!!!!!!!! Without my consent or knowledge. When I addressed the situation I was told they would credit me $251.51 - then lowered the credit amount to $231.51??? I spoke with ******, regarding the amount and she basically said they don't give any credits and I would be responsible for the larger amount. I explained over and over again, I was not disclosed about the charge and they need to give me a credit for what was originally quoted to me. There was no customer service regarding the fact that I was both given a quote & verbally confirmed for a quote then turn around and charge my card 65% increase!I have worked in business for a long time and know for a fact that businesses can credit a person for false information however, ****** was ** help and stated there was no way they could accommodate my request. She also wanted me to figure out who was working that day?? When she could very well go back to May 13th and get a schedule for who, what , where & when all this took place. There was ** remorse for the mix up and told me too bad. I will not be returning to this office and hopefully anyone thinking of going her should be very ******* at what you are signing. They do not show you what you are signing and It seems like a BIG SCAM.I talked with Dr. ******** and Office manager, however ********* was told me that they would not be able to assist me?? I see on other reviews there had been problems with them before so ** CAUTIOUS of them.Very upset about this whole situation, but they DO **T CARE!"
