We had an excellent stay at La Costa beach club and would absolutely love to return. We stayed as a family of 4. The heated pool was a gem as they heat it generously. The beautiful beach is steps away. Very peaceful. Appreciated friendly and accommodating staff that changed our rooms when we reported issues and let our friends visit us for dinner. Always greeted with a smile.
Beware Mold AND Manager. Walked into assigned room and was overwhelmed with smell of mold. Brought this to the attention of the manager and informed him we could not stay in this room. With NO apology he said he had no other rooms. (not true as I called later in day and was told there was availability). Any decent manager would have said, "well, we have no other RCI rooms available, but I'll give you a discounted other room.).
