It took almost 2 hours to eat, it took about 15 minutes for anyone to even ask what we wanted to drink, then we waited another 20 minutes before they took our order and then about an hour to get the food and it was cold by then, this place is just overwhelmed and it’s run very well but it’s nice inside. Also the auto tip On a group of 6 is fine but not when no one ever really takes care of you.
Waited about an hour for our appetizer, and another 15-20 minutes for the actual food. I had to ask about our food for them to even recognize that we had waited for that long and they admitted that the food does take a while. One of the meals was the pancake tower with fruits which I doubt would take that long to actually prepare.
