My Mother has been reaching out to her primary doctor at this location and they have completely ignored her for the past 3 months. I will personally call tomorrow and see what they respond and if they give me attitude like they give her I will definitely be seeking out an attorney to pursue the next step . It’s unfortunate how this company conducts itself and considers themselves as a professional healthcare provider.
Son muy amables, dentro de la clínica te tratan muy bien y con respeto pero tiene algunas cosas como: Los especialistas no están todos allí y solo atienden en otras clínicas una vez a la semana. No hay forma que el médico y manager te autoricen un referido dentro de la red de Healthsun me enviaro un amplio directorio de especialistas, debe ser dentro de la Colonia.
