LA Collection was the first place I went to start looking for my wedding dress. I worked with Ameneh who was incredibly kind, encouraging, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! She listened to my expectations and met them perfectly. I ended up leaving with my wedding dress by the end of the appointment and am SO happy with it. Highly highly recommend this establishment!!
I normally don’t write reviews, but I truly felt compelled to share my experience with Ameneh. Before coming here, I had been to a couple of other bridal shops, and while they were nice, something always felt a bit off. I never fully felt comfortable or confident in the process. Amenah is the coolest kid on the block. She needs a raise. She was the most helpful person on the planet and so genuinely caring and sweet. I had an issue with a different bridal store and she went out of her way even stayed up past closing time to help me fix it. I have only good things to say about la collection and their team members. 100/10 would recommend. #giveheraraise
We had an absolutely horrible experience here shopping for my niece’s wedding dress! Her appointment was booked well in advance as we drove in from Thunder Bay and it was known that she was shopping for a plus size gown. When we arrived, the staff was dismissive and rude. She was told that she had only 4 gowns to choose from in her size…and they were hideous. Save your time, and mental health, and go to Stella’s, where the selection is incredible and you will be treated like a princess!
Went for their sale with my sister in law. Staff were nice and quick and it was a pleasant experience.
