Très décevant. Pris rendez-vous il y a près d'un mois pour le samedi car je dois y emmener ma mère, on m'indique en enregistrant ma mère que le rendez-vous est à Ste-Dorothée et non pas sur Robert-Bourassa (là où pourtant j'ai appelé...). Problème avec les appels/réceptionniste ou ordi (???). Une chance, à Ste-Dorothée, réceptionniste très gentille et on a pu passer même si nous sommes arrivés avec du retard, dû au trajet en surplus
