Rude females that work the front desk they do not know how to talk to people. I don’t know why they have people like that working the front desk. Every other clinica de familia has respectable people in the front desk.maybe it’s time they look elsewhere if they’re gonna treat people the way they do.
The Receptionist are very rude. They refused to assist me with the possibility of telehealth I will not be going back.
Front people are so rude! I asked for directions and I was rudely talked to and almost yelled at. I asked for the name of the person who helped me they’re supposedly named Valerie Barron. She was extremely rude and should be handled with.
