I have emergency dental issues, and because my insurance isnt accepted everywhere I have to go to La Clinica where it is accepted. La clinica is a well known medical/mental Health department, but when you have to stand bye for 27 minutes to speak to someone on the phone, it doesn't reflect much for supervision or management.
