Léa is the best! She listens, she is patient and ensures you see all the potential listings that fits your criteria’s. She knows ALL the projects in Griffintown and was able to direct us on which ones were higher in quality. She is also a lawyer which is super beneficial while reviewing the condo management documents, etc. She even guided us on the steps required for our lease transfer and helped us find a new tenant! We’ll definitely work with her again in the future. It was simply a pleasure to work with her.
