Do not go here, terrible attitude, horrible job, and they make fun of the customers in their language.
With such a high rating, I thought I’d give this place a chance for a haircut and to my surprise, they’re closed while their hours say they’re open. I showed up at 3:30pm on a Tuesday, saw someone sitting inside on their phone, but the door was locked. I didn’t see anything online or in person about being appointment only but I couldn’t even get in the door to ask! Sorry but have the hours changed??
Excellent! My first time here and they were able to schedule me in the same day within hours to book my elderly mom. I now have a new hairstylist and nail tech! Vivian (Hair Stylist) was so on point. She knew exactly what I wanted with the photos I showed her for my moms hair. Wash, cut and style completed in one hour. Tiffany (Nail Tech) was as well on point too with full nails and spa pedicure. She was so helpful with knowing how to take care of my moms neuropathy in feet as she is a diabetic. Very sensitive to the touch. ... read more
