Since this ymca has opened they’ve been really clear about including the community. I really appreciate that. Specifically Ms Sharon and Nadia the way they LISTEN and look for solutions to member problems is what I value the most. Also the place is always spotless!

December 13,2025. A Diabetes Wellness holiday giveaway was held on this day. Thanks to Inthemusiczone, Jerry Vargas for providing the entertainment with many recording artists and our host Melissa Bonilla, making this a successful event where all enjoyed. It was a day of checking your blood pressure, toys giving away. The Bronx borough president and the DA from The Bronx were also there to support the event.

I became a member shortly after it opened, and I can say this is the best gym in south bronx. The staff are attentive, the equipment has variety with a wide range of use. The facility is spacious, with enough room to fit an assortment of activities. Huge locker room complete with a sauna and enough lockers for everyone. A pool for swimming classes, a large basketball court, a ping pong table, giant connect four, cycle and yoga rooms. It has it all!
