We used Brian and Flor for my husband’s birthday while visiting Steamboat. They were timely, efficient, pleasant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend their services. They gave our extended family time to be together and visit without the hassle of cooking and clean up.

Brian and Flor are amazing to work with. I organized a networking event for the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council at Routt Distillery in Steamboat Springs. I needed to find a caterer that would celebrate agriculture from the Yampa Valley. Brian and Flor went above and beyond to put together a wonderful menu and source from local producers including cheese makers, ranchers, and farmers. They were super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend La Central for anyone's catering events.
Brian and Flor run an exceptional operation!! I am an event planner and my clients booked Flor and Brian for a ranch opening at a remote location.
