Papusas are great, gluten free too cause made from corn masa. Prices are good. Those are the positives. The negatives were slow service, failure to label them on our to go order and the atmosphere. If they could fix those things, I think they could really be amazing. I still give them 4 stars, they have potential.

June -2026 updates: Since March 2026, I had returned multiple times for their delicious menudo and thankfully there hadn't been any mishaps since that very first visit. Bumping my rating up by one star. Not giving five stars only because I had tried just one dish. In fact, I had become such a regular that I introduced myself as the "Menudo Lady" when I ordered.
