RecommendedWonderful place to live. Love it here.
The park is under new management from 09/01 and haven't sold any homes. Also, there is no tenant called Wendy S in our park. Please disregard the previous receive and it is shameful how people are trying to mislead. We have rated ourselves at 5 since we don't know of how to minimize the impact of the previous false review by Wendy S. La Casita Management
I own my mobile home at this park, and have lived here for nearly two years. I have found it to be a relatively safe and quiet area -- attributes pleasing to a man in his 70s. It's close to some major retailers, and its proximity to I-70 and I-435 (less than two minutes to either) is a plus.
Very friendly family oriented community. We are under new ownership. Its a great change! Love La Casita!
They sold me roach and bed bug infested trailer for lousy $2000. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody at all.
