Best pizza in Omaha...BAR NONE!!! My grandma (god rest her soul) used to make homemade pizza. She'd use REAL Mozzerella and Romano cheese, tomato sauce made from real tomatoes from her garden, and real beef from a butcher's shop! LaCasa's pizza is the closest I can get to her original recipe and there is nothing better. Yeah, it's a thin crust, but the crust is good and HOMEMADE, people. La Casa Pizzaria has many choices I recommend starting with the combination Sampler which includes toasted ravioli, onion rings and mozzamias â served with both meat and marinara sauce for dipping. .Also order the Artichoke and Mushroom pizza and or the Pizza Margherita.
The BEST Pizza in Omaha This is the BEST pizza!! It *is* different from the chain restaurants but viva la difference! The crust is thin because it is a pastry crust, wonderfully light and flaky. The pizza is rectangle in shape, too. They use romano cheese as a topping which is different from the standard mozarella used by the chains. My favorite pizza This is the best pizza in Omaha! While both locations are very good, I would give the pizza from the Leavenworth location the edge. You can't go wrong ordering from La Casa.
