one of the worst places i stayed the management did not want to give deposit back and we left the place spotless So make sure when you move out dont let them keep your deposit take it all the way to court because they will try regardless how clean you leave it they are betting on you not to go to court.

Absolute nightmare, renters beware! Horribly managed, pest infested and way overpriced!! Surrounding neighborhood is extremely unsafe, vagrants, panhandlers and drugs being used openly on sidewalks. Garbage everywhere along streets. Maintenance request will be ignored for weeks. When finally preformed it is poorly done and with cheapest means necessary.
