Dr. Balkazar is one of the worst doctors ive ever seen.long wait Impossible to communicate...he calls his staff" hey girl".
The receptionist Maria at Acacia is rude and discriminatory. She refuses to help certain clients and leaves them waiting for hours. Avoid this clinic until they replace her—no patient should be treated this way. Def would give this place zero stars if i could
provider canceled an appointment day of (which i waited 2 weeks for) because of an emergency on their end. i understand that people have emergencies but they rescheduled my appointment for TWO WEEKS LATER. so essentially i have to wait a month to receive care. i told them i urgently needed to see someone, but it didn’t phase them and they did not respond to me about an earlier appointment. will never be coming here.
This place has no real doctors they’re only nurse practitioners and sell your information out because my aunt has received solicitors since she joined. The wait for your scheduled appointment is 2/3 hours and the small waiting room smells unpleasant and they make bank from your insurance under the table.
I really the services at your clinic,that I receive from Dr.Williams.she's really a great pychologist.
