What a beautiful location! Very nice people at the front desk! However, we had problem after problem: 1. Large load of wet towel towels in the washer, large load of dry towels in the dryer. 2. Undercabinet lights were sticky and not working- and older eyes need them! They did come to fix them or replace them? Some of them burned out again or were just very dim. 3. Toaster broken, outlets didn’t work, mattresses hard, springs in bunk were felt, bedding old, blinds broken, living room fireplace wouldn’t work, ice maker in downstairs didn’t work, pots and pans had scratched teflon. We spent a lot of money on a condo is Steamboat that was very uncomfortable after a long day of skiing, we had to buy a 2” mattress topper for the pull out and a blanket, the slant of pull out made it impossible to get comfortable, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, I covered the love seat with a blanket... read more

We stayed at Summerhouse in Mexico Beach. Everything was great. Clean, convenient location, easy beach access. The only problem we had was the condo lock would not work right. I called the number left for me to call if I had any problems. The first person I talked to told me I needed to talk to the people at the desk at Summerhouse. She insisted there was an office. So with an injured back I searched all floors and never found an office. I called the number back and got a different person. I believe her name was Joanne. She ... read more

Beautiful riverfront cabin with spectacular views! Clean, private and well equipped with a fantastic deck for bbq. Had a wonderful time!
