Great customer service, is usually willing and able to help out if you’re in a jam and need a tube changed quickly or something like that. Top notch service, won’t overcharge you. Some bike shops will tell you everything wrong with your bike and take the liberty of fixing it all. And charging you full price, or refusing service if your bike isn’t up to their standards. Nadir is one of the best Wrenches in Toronto, bar none. His knowledge of Campagnolo is unsurpassed. He's done numerous high-end builds for me and every time the work has been outstanding. Prices are always reasonable. From high-end bikes to city beaters, there's nothing he can't do expertly and with respect, and that includes telling you when it can't or shouldn't be done. Stepping into La Carrera is a reminder that your LBS is a place to be treasured.
