It's hard to find a shop with a bike mechanic who truly cares about their work (they are often over-worked and stressed and they don't have the same skin in the game as an owner does). Nadir is a different breed; as an owner, it's clear that he truly cares about his customer's experience. He is knowledgeable, solutions-oriented and very reasonable.
