One year later and I'm dealing with the same mess. My homeowners insurance company hasn't received payment and they're threatening to cancel my policy. Why do I pay into escrow, which you raise every year, only to have to chase you to pay the bill? On top of it, they're now refusing to deposit checks made out to me. I used to refer so many people to La Cap, now I'm telling you to RUN anywhere but here for your financial services.
I've been a member for nearly a decade. Things used to be great, now I'm looking for a new bank. Why? It's impossible to contact anyone by phone without waiting on hold for 30+ minutes. What's worse? They bounced the check on my homeowner's insurance policy and my policy has been cancelled. This after they were nearly two weeks late sending the check in the first place. Why do I pay into an escrow account only to 1) not people able to reach a customer service agent and 2) have them bounce checks?
The employees have always been very helpful.
