I've been a member for nearly a decade. Things used to be great, now I'm looking for a new bank. Why? It's impossible to contact anyone by phone without waiting on hold for 30+ minutes. What's worse? They bounced the check on my homeowner's insurance policy and my policy has been cancelled. This after they were nearly two weeks late sending the check in the first place. Why do I pay into an escrow account only to 1) not people able to reach a customer service agent and 2) have them bounce checks?
The employees have always been very helpful.
The worst ever. PAY ATTENTION YALL
I love my Credit Union the Customer Service is great and the staff are excellent I recommend this Union too everyone
Drive through is very easy buy unfortunately does accept mastercard as payment. Good place for a car loan.
