Love the atmosphere and the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. I booked with Christin for a glass skin facial and brazilian laser hair removal. She was amazing, very professional, informative and made the whole laser appointment very comfortable and surprisingly not as painful. If you are looking for a place for facials, waxing or laser treatments then this place is it!
La Cachette Spa is quiet, clean, and calm. You walk in and the noise of the world stays outside. The place is spotless. Not in the sterile, too-bright way. It’s clean like a place that respects itself. The technicians are kind, and they know what they’re doing. They pay attention. They work with skill and with care. You get the sense they’ve done this a long time and still take pride in it. The table was warm. The room was still. The tension I brought in didn’t come out with me. I’d go back. I will go back.
The rooms are lovely and the decor is attractive. Professional, kind, happy staff. I'm giving it a 3 because my 75 minute facial was done with disposal rubber gloves on. It made an audible squish, squish squish sound, and felt strange because there wasn't human contact. My skin is blemish free so there was no danger to the technician. Had the 75 minutes involved hand to face connection, I'd have given it a 5. It was an expensive gift and didn't feel worth the money 😔
Always love to go this place. Staff is so friendly and professional. Highly recommend for all your wax services.
