I don't know how many ways I can rave about this business and it's staff. I've been attended to primarily by Lisa and once by Christine. They are amazing. The facility is very clean and they consider your abilities or lack of. Patience, skill, quality of work, well do yourself a treat and book an appointment at La Cachette, central Richmond.
A beautiful and clean space with lots of parking out front. I did a signature facial with Christin and enjoyed it start to finish. They also provide you with a complimentary drink at the end which is a nice bonus after your session. Would recommend to anyone!
Christin made my first waxing experience so smooth and worry free. I will definitely go back to her for my future appointments.
Lisa is the best at what she does! She is professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible. You can tell she cares about quality in every session. She is thorough, efficient, and always warmly welcoming. I know I am in good hands with Lisa, and she makes me feel at ease in the session.
