If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The owner, Vu, has the worst customer service ever. The shop is dirty and messy, they do not prioritize cleanliness. The wait time is extremely long. And the service is so bad they ruin your hair!! Don’t waste your time coming here.
What a gem! I discovered this salon today and had a great cut and style by Nancy. Her experience cleary showed in her ability to create a style and shape that suited my goals. I'll definitely return. 9mo later - Another great cut by Nancy. She's friendly, professional, and listens to what I'd like to achieve w my hair. I left happy and w a style I can easily manage.
