RecommendedService location and ability to provide necessary aids for hearing
I was referred here by my Primary MD and what a great referral it was. The location is very easy, the staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a convenient appointment, and the office has all the up to date technology. Dr Ivory is super nice and very professional. Best of all he clearly explains his findings and is conservative and realistic with his diagnosis and recommendations. They are friendly and efficient when scheduling appointments. The follow-up from the appointment is great! Dr. Ivory is very personable and accommodating. He is, of course, very knowledgeable and has valuable expertise in audiology. There is a world of difference in being treated by Dr. Ivory as opposed to our first experience in getting help for our hearing problem from a hearing aid dealer. I highly recommend Dr. Ivory.
La Cañada Hearing Aids is owned by a young but experienced audiologist- whose also teaches at local colleges— as did his father — on the subject of hearing and audiology. His office has the most modern testing equipment and communicating ( via the internet And in person) capabilities Although I have been a patient only a little over 3 months, Dr Ivory has very promptly answered all my questions & his staff has professionally followed up.
Great Product at a great price!
Thankful for Dr. Ivory helping my folks with their hearing aids. Would highly recommend.
