One of the worst HOAs I've ever been a part of. I never would have joined willingly but unfortunately we rented and our rental company did not disclose that we were going to be in an HOA. Super nosy and invasive neighbors and nothing was ever done when we raised a personal concern with a neighbor of ours. The natives are very nosey. Alot of gossip in the trenches. Even though the place is older than dirt overall though, it's not a dump, yet.
