I’ve been coming here regularly and usually have a good experience, but my most recent visit was disappointing and concerning from the start. I was assigned to a new tech and noticed hygiene concerns, including what appeared to be an over used sanding band and acetone being poured back into the bottle. The service itself felt rushed—lifting wasn’t addressed, the acrylic was applied very thin, and there is still old color left on in areas.
