If you are sensitive to gluten/American wheat products, you’ve found paradise in La Boutique. Baguettes and croissants are made with French flour that is kind to us sensitive folk. And not only is it real bread, it’s downright gourmet. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever eaten. And while the food is to die for, the service is of the same caliber. I hope La Boutique is a forever Fort Collins staple as I have no intention of ever curbing my addiction.
