Excellent customer service today
The staff was great and friendly! They take their time with each customer that walks in, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before walking out the door!
Yeah... absolutely not. Walked in to buy a rosary for an event I have coming up and was VERY rudely disregarded by the employee at the counter. My friend stayed behind to look at the options for me because I walked out of the store and was eventually also VERY rudely disregarded. Train your staff better. Won't return.
Miss Lilly and Mr Leo are absolutely amazing they have now helped us with 4 amazing dresses each one with it's challenges but with Lilly's eye for style especially in a plus size style body and Mr Leo's amazing talent for alterations each has been beautiful and amazing for each special event your never treated as a number they treat you like family !
Took my prom dress to LA Boutique to get it altered. My dress was ready within a week and they did an amazing job. My dress fits perfectly now and I love it! Thank y'all so much for everything!
