UPDATE- The owner contacted us and advised this was a mistake and not the way they do business. They apologized for the sales clerk and will re-order in the correct size. I am giving them five stars in hopes they will follow through. We ordered a $300 dress with the sales clerk taking full measurements, in a size 8 and received a size 2 (although it was marked a size 8 but had a 16 inch waist) The shop refused to do anything about it citing their "no return" policy even though what was received clearly was not the measuremen... read more
Helped so much! So friendly! Fell in love with my dress.
Charlie and Zay were so helpful and accommodating! From the initial walk in Charlie greeted us and showed us to the correct section. He helped gather all the dresses to the dressing room and was so kind and polite. Zay took the alterations and had them done in less than a week! Overall our experience was awesome and we found my daughter the perfect dress. I recommend to all!
I have done business with company for years and now it's time to get married! I was sad when I didn't see them in the Plaza I know to go to, but the ladies next door told me they moved to the mall! The reps were so sweet and very helpful! They took every idea I had and figured up a look for me that made my day! FIRST STOP, FIRST DRESS, I SAID YES!
