Je recommande fortement. J'ai eu une réparation un 30 décembre, même si habituellement, l'entreprise est fermée à cette date particulière!! Wow. Tout a été réparée minutieusement, sur place à mon domicile !! je n'ai pas eu à tout démonter . Le réparateur était très sympathique

J’ai fait réparer deux stores horizontaux en bois dont les cordes étaient brisées. J'ai reçu un service exceptionnel. Le personnel à été incroyablement serviable et m'a expliqué les différentes options. Ils connaissaient bien leurs produits. Je recommande vivement ce service exceptionnel.

Do not bring your blinds to get fixed here. I brought three blinds to get fixed. The mechanisms and chains had to be replaced. After waiting over three weeks, two of the blinds were returned without the mechanism changed (only found out once I installed them back home). In fact one of the blinds was so hard to turn after I got it back the chain broke. The other still had the old squeaking sound. Another blind was returned with a chain half the length, making it very hard to open and close. All this for $194.00. I ended up ha... read more
