Fantastic boxing gym with an incredibly welcoming community! The coaches are patient, supportive, and make sure everyone feels included, regardless of experience. It's a great place to learn, get a great workout, and be part of an encouraging community.

I started training at La Bodega a little over 3 years ago. I was looking to get in shape and learn a new skill, to be able to defend myself. Not only did I lose 80 pounds since, I’ve gotten way more disciplined, humble, and have become an overall better fighter.
