Innovative Spanish cuisine – First of all, it's a pleasure to find authentic, fresh and modern Spanish cuisine in the West. I live in Denver and there are no Spanish restaurants to speak of here. La Boca somehow manages to combine all of the ambience of a European cafe with the beauty of New Mexico and makes it work. The food is fantastic, the service is enthusiastic and the wines completely compliment the meals. It's a bit pricey but well worth it.
