I love to get my eyebrows threaded and I have several times at this location however today will be the last. The lady told me after she did my eyebrows that her card machine was down so my husband stated that would’ve been nice to know before so we didn’t have to use the atm with a fee. Well they went back and forth about it & as we walked away she said to her next client “what an ass” taking about my husband very unprofessional
On Saturday my daughter went to get her eyebrows done and the lady working darn there removed all of her hair. Her eyebrows are thick and beautiful. She only needed a shape up. I plan to call the Health Department and complain in the morning.
I always get my eyebrows done at La Biotique in different location, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately here the owner was very rude. I will not recommend it.
