She harasses you about signing. I been signed I walked off waiting for a seat to be open and she stressed signing the paper which I already did. I was simply asking her when I came back does she know what name she is on so I know how many more people were ahead of me. She didn’t know and people were saying they DIDNT SIGN but they were before me. HER BEING THE OWNER SHE COULDNT KEEP UP WITH THE TRAFFIC. As if me being the customer will know who name is who. I have had to come to this salon a total of 6 times just trying to get a basic eyebrow service done correctly and get a resolution. Visits 1-3: I paid a total of $42 over three visits to get my eyebrows shaped. They left my brows completely uneven, mismatched, and looking entirely different from one another. Visit 4 (Same Day): I immediately went back a third time on the exact same day to get a correction. Even after this 4th attempt, they were still nothing alike. Was on break and told me to “ walk around” mall even though I just came to get my eyebrows done . I don’t mind waiting for someone on break which is why I attempted to wait there but was basically kicked out the store? Rude .

I got turned away because she stated she doesn’t do eyebrow threading on men! This is discrimination and highly highly disrespectful. She was friendly when she said it though and recommended a place in the mall that would accommodate men! I’m still in shock at the sexist discrimination I just endured. If that was the case then they need to advertise no men allowed.
