No two people were in the reception area at the same time. Covid-19 protocol was carried out. The receptionist, Priscilla, was very cordial, friendly and efficient. I was led back to treatment room where I only waited a few minutes. Dr. Church talked to me frankly about my problem and what his plans were. I am very satisfied and would recommend la Belle vie Plastic Surgery to anyone.
