Absolutely horrible experience. I went into full detail for what I was looking for color wise and even showed pictures; I did this in person and prior via text. I walked out with a color that was nowhere near what I wanted. The stylist said that she would correct it and actually give me what I paid for however she NEVER responded to me again. I didn't ask for anything insane or complicated either; I've done similar to my own hair at home but I wanted to treat myself. I should have saved myself the like $150 and done it mysel... read more
