"La Bella Nails offers a fantastic experience for the whole family, combining efficiency with affordability. It's the perfect spot for some rest and relaxation after a busy weekend. The calm environment, with its soft lighting, creates a truly serene atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally nice, ensuring everyone, from my girls to my husband and son enjoying pedicures, everyone had a wonderful time.
This is the only place I will come. They always do my nails perfectly. They take their time and really do it right. When you have a pedicure, the massage is wonderful. Everyone is just so nice here. The quality is outstanding. One thing I really like is that the people here speak English. It’s imperative for good communication.
We are from out of state and I decided to treat my daughter and I to get our nails done. I was charged the same price for both manicures even though my daughter (10yo) didn’t receive the same treatments as me. She ended up getting cut when they did her cuticles and her gel polish had already chipped after only 5 hours of being done. My gel polish was not done well, also chipped after 5 hours and she cut the skin on my fingers below my nails not just my cuticle, I have never had a salon do that before.
I have been coming to Kathy for over 25 years. I have followed her where ever she was because she truly does the best job on my nails. She is always willing to work me in her schedule even if she is busy! I will not go to anyone else but Kathy! There are many salons that are closer for me but I will only come here. The salon is always clean and the other nail techs are so nice and friendly!
Another update: nails broke completely off within 48 hours. Still no refund. Another update: 5th nail broke off after 24 hours. Picture added. Another update: an 4th mail has broken off. Added another picture. Update to add: I asked for the owners number, to which I’ve made several phone calls to with no answer or call back. They close in 1 hour, but I’ve got nothin but time so I’ll sit here. I’ll come back tomorrow, too. I’m currently sitting here trying to get an $80 refund from the full dip set I paid for yesterday.
