My nails were done by Tania Kov at this salon. I went to her for a few years, and I was very satisfied with the service I was getting. At the time, she asked me for a review, and I wrote a very nice one for her. The last couple of times, she changed drastically. She became rude and even started lying. I have been going to this salon for 20 years. I have never had an issue with any of the staff. Last week, I had a manicure appointment with Tania Kov. I nicely asked, even though I felt uncomfortable to do so, if it was possible to add a little more to my design as it was not very visible. Tania started getting upset, while also beginning to speak with a frustrated tone.
