My nail tech recently started working here. As soon I as came to this location I noticed the change in management style. This male manager runs this shop like an assembly line. My nail tech whole demeanor has changed. Previously I would text her to set up an appointment, now I have to go through him. That’s fine but honor appointments. Frustrating, bad and did not even notice until little later I have two completly different colors on my nails which I do not do ever. They know better and it’s wrong to be so rushed, no care and poor quality I will never return here and only wished I had looked at reviews before I went and avoided the disaster of this costly poor experience.
Worst experience. The gentleman that runs the shop was very aggressive. I told him the price was not fair and the shape was not accomplished. His response “just pay your bill”. I paid and let him know I wasn’t happy. His response, “Are you ready to pay?” Dip powder/natural nails/one color /no design $90
Service was quick and the nail tech was extremely friendly! Very clean salon, will definitely be back.
