If only you could give lower than 1 star! The owner claims that the company has gone into liquidation but this is not reflected on companies house. Shop has been completely cleared out. Customers have paid for dresses, this money has not reached the suppliers and now there is no way of recovering this. Owner has other businesses too, bridal infact, so doesn’t take much guessing where all these dresses will start being sold. Ruiner of wedding days. AVOID
Ordered my dress last year. Now to be told by Facebook and friends the shop to have closed down over night with no notice or message from any one. So I now don’t know if my dress has been order or anything also being told they would email me my receipt to my new email address and still had nothing no email no text. My dress being paid in full as well.
