I booked through expedia using my rewards points booking a king size room with a jetted tub and got a regular room. The front desk lady i believe maria was that name first said they over booked then said that the place was remodeled and they no longer have jetted tubs. I was not given any sort of reimbursement for not getting the room I reserved. Their website still offers the room with the jetted tub. Beautiful hotel! Super peaceful quite. Great food. Amazing wine
Loved our room, spacious and cozy. Kids loved the pool and also got a little work out in at the gym. Would definitely stay here again.
