A great experience but charging for parking, especially a Hilton Honors member, its a little ridiculous and low brow.
Update 2025: It is no longer La Bellasera but now Bellasera A Taperstry Hotel by Hilton. Still beautiful and different from a lot of hotels in the area but if you are coming here with Tuscan style memories and romantic rooms with the jetted tubs for two, you will be mistaken. Love this place!
The main issue that we had with this 1 BD suite was that the door did not lock. It was broken. We told the front desk and I asked the GM to personally call me. The front desk manager offered me a 30% refund, but what price would you pay to stay in an unlocked hotel room? My family was put in a security risk due to this hotel. 7/8/25 update: the general manager for the hotel, Benny, contacted me yesterday and offered me a full refund for the inconvenience and the security issue. The staff is pleasant and exceptional. The hotel itself is a dud. Paper thin walls, highway noise all night.
