RecommendedI am lucky to be able to offer sound healing with singing bowls and reiki sessions in the beautiful space at La Bella Vita. Today I decided to do something for myself after giving a private sound session - I got a whole body cryo treatment. I felt great after the treatment and my back feels relief. I spend a lot of time reaching forward doing both reiki and sound healing and I think the cryo treatment helped to ease some of the tension in my back. I may need to make this part of my regular self-care routine!
The gentleman who helped me when I was there was so friendly and extremely informative. It's nice when someone takes the time out to explain all the different service. The infared sauna with the suit was amazing! I felt great afterwards and I'm booking the other infared sauna asap. I'm excited to find a place locally that offers so many services and the introductory pricing is fantastic. Thank you so much!
I did the cryotherapy today. I must admit I was a little nervous. But I loved it! And my back isn't hurting. This may become a regular practice for me. This is a great place. Good variety of services, it's immaculate and the owners are very friendly. Try it out.
Really enjoyed my visit today to La Bella Vita! So glad I stopped in for an infrared sauna session & ionic foot bath. Very reasonable prices. Natasha and Jonny made me feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!
