Had a bad experience. I paid $200 (with tip) and had to spend another $250 the next day to correct the dye errors. My hair came out pink instead of a golden strawberry blond. I called the salon to talk to a manager. They took my name and never called me back. When I went to the salon to courteously request my money back. I was treated poorly and told they wont refund my money.
