We always have a monthly dinner with cousins and it has been difficult finding a place that can accommodate our group of 15. Not only did they do this but the food and service was wonderful. Everyone said it t was the best cousins dinner ever! Thanks to a place that made everyone feel so comfortable and welcome!!
$100 tab: a tiny piece of salmon that was supposed to have spinach - there was almost none - pizza that was just forgettable (asked for mushrooms to be added and what was on the pizza was less than half of an actual mushroom) and the worst part was $24 for crab cakes that were like hush puppies from Red Lobster. These things had ZERO discernible crab, weighed 2 lb a piece, and were flavorless like sawdust. If you're going to charge $24 for crab cakes, have somebody in the kitchen that actually knows how to make a crab cake.
I ordered the chicken french. The sauce recipe is very different from a traditional chicken French, which I'm not a fan off. It was served on a bed of escrow, which was very tough and gritty. When I kindly mention that to the waitress, the response I got was, "Yeah, a lot of people say that." No apology or offer of compensation was offered. Why would a restaurant continue to serve something if they keep getting negative feedback from customers?
