I have been going to La Bella Donna Salon for 11 years. I would never think of going anywhere else. Even when I lived out of state I would wait and schedule with one of the girls when I visited. They are an amazing and talented group and I highly recommend anyone here. I especially love that I can book online at anytime! I love the ambiance and the clean hair smell.

The customer service is a 10/10. I had a concern with the timing of my appointment and Abbey took the time to contact me after hours to make sure everything was sorted out. If that’s not showing dedication towards their clientele I don’t know what is. Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends and family!! Oh and they always make my hair look beautiful :)

I agree with poor customer service. I can call for 2 weeks and never get a return call. What kind of business does that? Very frustrating! I feel very ignored and unimportant.

Update: Unfortunately I am changing .u review. I have called more than 5 times and cannot get an appointment, regardless of the stylist. I keep getting told "we'll let our stylists know and they will call to make an appointment". I even walked in and tried to make an appointment and got the same answer with no follow up. Horrible customer service. Jamey is great!
