I can’t say enough good things about La Bella Donna. I have been going here for years and never once had a bad or unpleasant experience. Beverly is so sweet, super knowledge and always provides quality service. She is the absolute best!
My new favorite spot! Elizabeth the nail tech was friendly and professional. Anyone who works there with whom I came into contact was kind and helpful! Definitely going back for another shellac mani, and maybe try my first facial!

My boyfriend got me a gift card to La Bella Dona for Christmas after doing research on line for great spas in Richmond. He picked the best one! Everything about LBD is wonderful! The place is absolutely beautiful inside, everyone I encountered was so sweet, and Cindy was amazing! I saw Cindy for an Eyelash tint (which I’d never done before) and she did a fabulous job! Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be back soon!
I absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the service is reliably wonderful. I have been seeing Bonnie for my waxing and she is fantastic! She is relaxed and efficient, she was also faster than other people I have seen, but didn't compromise quality or comfort for speed. I will continue to be a loyal customer forever.
First time visiting this spa, the atomosphere was very relaxing and stress free. I was a little nervous about having a Brazilian done this far along in my pregnancy but, Beverly was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. She even called the next business day to check in on me to assure that I was satisfied. I will definitely be returning!
