Very ignorant people working here asking for tips up front before the service tips depend on the quality of service performed and are entirely up to the patron not the uneducated people working in this establishment !!
I frequented this establishment and appreciated the services, and tipped generously! However, during my most recent visit, the masseuse repeatedly answered her phone, which resulted in increased distraction as she engaged in discussion during my session. I paid for a couples experience. While my partner received the full service we paid for, the masseuse assigned to me didn't apply the hot stone or oil.
