Extremely rude, maybe it’s the language barrier but the person that picked up the phone hung up on me instead of trying to understand what I was looking for. Very disappointing. I will look for another salon to give my money to. Terrible.

This is the worst hair salon on Long Island. These people are thief’s. We came here with hair washed. All we needed was a blow dry and trim- the cost was $80! I asked the woman with the king wig in the picture of this salon online how much would it be and she told me it would be more if the person had longer hair. The hair was shorter than shoulder length. She charged us $60 to blow dry and $20 for a trim that was not even trimmed correctly. These people give Dominicans on Long Island a bad name especially with the bs that n... read more

The price for a wash blow dry and flat iron was outrageous. $150 no treatment or trim or anything special. Was expecting $75 no more than$90 at the absolute max

Before you get a cut application, ask several times so that the person who can fix it understands. I was there since 10:00 am. I left almost at 2:40 pm. The young woman seems to lack experience with customers.
