Very disappointed with the customer service here. I walked in simply asking for assistance finding a few basic hair care items, specifically a bonnet and a hair wrap. Considering this is a beauty supply store with a large variety of products, I assumed it would be a simple request. Unfortunately, the young woman behind the register, who appeared to possibly be a manager or someone in charge, was extremely dismissive from the start.
