$75 for multiple cuts, crooked nails, uneven paint & half melted off acrylic. Asked for nail polish remover for the paint that was all over my hands and the man started cutting at my skin with nail clippers…? Pics are 2 seconds after leaving store.
I never write reviews but I could not stand for how the male owner of this business was treating his female staff members. Swearing at them and talking badly about them very passive aggressively right in front of customers. He was abrupt, rude and had no sense of satisfying customers. Made customers feel like a burden, what should be a nice relaxing experience. I’ll never go back. I’d rather pay money to a business who treats their staff members with respect.
I had my nail polish taken off and I was in so much pain while she was taking them off. She never soak them in solution which you supposed too she got a fake nail and went underneath and took them off that way. As she was doing that part of my rip off and it started bleeding she didn’t even apologise. Another fake nail she used nail clippers and it went flying everywhere on my friend and she started laughing my friend was disgusted what she was doing the whole time. Never going back there.
The team here are so polite and gentle, and they really do their best to make every visit a good experience. Even though English isn’t their first language, they try so hard to communicate and make sure you’re happy. I’ve seen them stay patient and kind even when some customers were rude, which says a lot about their professionalism. I always feel welcomed, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
