My acrylic nails were good but unfortunately the experience was awful as the salon does not turn their heating on! Middle of winter and it was freezing in there. The nail technician’s were in puff’a jackets. I think they need to realise that people get their nails done as a special treat and customer comfort is important.

I left this salon extremely frustrated, with two inflamed fingers after my appointment. The technicians did not remove my cuticles and instead used the drill on them while completely dry, which caused them to cut me twice. Both fingers became inflamed later. And the quality of the service was very low as you can see in the pictures. The overall service was not good, and I really wish I had read the reviews before booking. $75 for multiple cuts, crooked nails, uneven paint & half melted off acrylic. Asked for nail polish remover for the paint that was all over my hands and the man started cutting at my skin with nail clippers…? Pics are 2 seconds after leaving store.

I never write reviews but I could not stand for how the male owner of this business was treating his female staff members. Swearing at them and talking badly about them very passive aggressively right in front of customers. He was abrupt, rude and had no sense of satisfying customers. Made customers feel like a burden, what should be a nice relaxing experience. I’ll never go back. I’d rather pay money to a business who treats their staff members with respect.
