I had my nail polish taken off and I was in so much pain while she was taking them off. She never soak them in solution which you supposed too she got a fake nail and went underneath and took them off that way. As she was doing that part of my rip off and it started bleeding she didn’t even apologise. Another fake nail she used nail clippers and it went flying everywhere on my friend and she started laughing my friend was disgusted what she was doing the whole time. Never going back there.
The team here are so polite and gentle, and they really do their best to make every visit a good experience. Even though English isn’t their first language, they try so hard to communicate and make sure you’re happy. I’ve seen them stay patient and kind even when some customers were rude, which says a lot about their professionalism. I always feel welcomed, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! I had the best experience with this nail salon! The team were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable with their service. My technician did such a neat, detailed job and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted! They’re gentle and careful throughout the Pedi+Mani process, with no rushing just precise work! I will definitely be coming back!
Woman who did my nails didn't speak a word of English. Another staff member had to speak for her. Did not cut my pinkie toenails. Barely buffed the rough skin on my feet. No foot massage. No obvious signage saying cash only so I had to go to woolworths for cashout. Dont waste your money, go to an actual salon!
